Refund policy

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.  

We will do everything we can do to ensure your items are in perfect condition by the date you require them, however occasionally things can go wrong.  If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order or customer service experience, we will take steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contract us at sales@barkavenue.co.uk and we will assist you.

​If you have received any of the following; damaged items, incorrect or missing items, items not as described, faulty items, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

​If you change your mind about an item, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the items within 7 working days for a refund of the item/s. Please contact us by email at sales@barkavenue.co.uk and we will provide you with an address for you to return the items at your cost.  Please include your name and  order number in the package.  Please note that postage of £4.99 will be deducted from all refunds.
